Impacto del Clima Organizacional en el Desarrollo y Buen Funcionamiento de una Microempresa del Sector Metal Mecánico Mexicano

Resumen

El presente estudio analiza el impacto del clima organizacional en el desarrollo y funcionamiento de una microempresa mexicana del sector metal-mecánico especializada en maquinado CNC. Se aplicó un cuestionario de 10 reactivos con escala Likert de 4 puntos a 25 empleados, evaluando cuatro dimensiones: comunicación y roles, relaciones interpersonales, motivación y reconocimiento, y entorno físico y recursos. Los resultados revelan un clima organizacional crítico: 60% de los trabajadores percibe falta de información clara sobre sus tareas, 80% se encuentra desmotivado y 66.6% considera que su trabajo no es reconocido. Si bien las condiciones de infraestructura y el trabajo en equipo muestran una percepción dividida, la comunicación deficiente, la escasa participación en la toma de decisiones y la ausencia de reconocimiento constituyen los principales factores que afectan negativamente el desempeño organizacional. En este contexto, es preciso mencionar que la microempresa del sector metalmecánico objeto de estudio requiere intervenciones urgentes en liderazgo, canales de comunicación y sistemas de incentivos para mejorar el clima laboral y, con ello, su productividad y permanencia en el sector.
